We are delighted to offer this charming, blank house for you to decorate! Made of sturdy paper, punch out the die cut shapes, fold along score lines, line windows with red cellophane and glue at seams.  Next decorate with paint, glitter, mica, dresden trims and bottle brush trees.  Or decorate with gingerbread, graham crackers, frosting and various candies to create a classic gingerbread house.

Our import from Germany.  House base measures 12.5" by 9" and assembled house is 9" tall to top of chimney.

The following pieces are included: 4 sheets of die cut house pieces, a base to build on, red cellophane for lining the windows, die cut images of Hansel and Gretel and the old woman.

Tips for decorating: create a fence, add bottle brush trees and dresden trims.  Layer a piece of cardboard under the base to increase sturdiness.
