Ordering & Payment:
Ordering: You can order on-line at vintage-ornaments.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An e-mail notification will be sent to the email address you provide to confirm the receipt of your order.
Methods of Payment: We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as payment by Paypal for on-line orders. Please note that our credit card processor requires that you provide your name exactly as it appears on you card as well as the zip code of your billing address.
State Sales Tax: Sales tax of 8.00% is automatically applied to all orders delivered within the state of California.
Price and Availability: Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Information:
Shipping cost is calculated based on order weight and destination. You will be shown shipping rates during checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping within the USA will ship via USPS or UPS. Orders destined for locations outside the USA will ship via USPS.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses: Orders shipped to multiple addresses are charged the standard shipping charge for each address.

International Orders:
32 Degrees North ships orders worldwide. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and Paypal. The exchange rate is determined by our credit card processor on the day your order is charged. Plese be aware that your credit card company may carry service charges for foreign purchases. Please do not send cash or international money orders.
International buyers should be aware of the laws of their own country and should be prepared to deal with any and all customs-related fees and charges. Taxes, duties, VAT and any other levies assessed are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Return Policy:
Please note that we make every effort to photograph and describe items accurately. Because each computer screen displays colors slightly differently, we can't be responsible for variations in your monitor color or how your computer displays items. If color matching is an issue, please contact us before ordering.
We use antique and vintage elements to achieve a vintage look, so natural age, patina, and wear are normal. We also use elements designed to develop natural age and patina over time. However, items may be refunded or exchanged for in-stock merchandise.
If you wish to return or exchange a purchase, please contact our customer service dept. within 5 (five) days of receipt of your order. You will be assigned a Return Authorization number (RA) for your return or exchange. Please indicate your RA number on the outside of the parcel you are returning, and on all correspondence. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Return shipping charges are refunded only if the wrong item was shipped. Returns must be received by 32 Degrees North within 10 (ten) business days of issue of R.A. number or the package will be refused.
The item/s must be unused, in original, re-sellable condition, with all associated tags, and paperwork. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Was your order damaged during shipping? Save the damaged outer carton and contents, exactly as received. Please call us within one week of receipt of the damaged merchandise for further instructions.

Please be advised that ornaments and decorations sold through this website are NOT intended for small children. Vintage-ornaments.com sells items that are made of glass and small pieces. These, among several other materials, can be potentially hazardous to small children. Children under the age of 13 should be supervised whenever handling 32 Degrees North products.
