Beautiful German glass glitter in brick red for your specialty holiday and craft projects. Grit size is Medium, or 80 grit.
This glass glitter is made of real ground glass that has been silvered then colored. It will develop a beautiful vintage patina over time.
This listing is for 2 ounces by weight which is approximately 9-10 teaspoons by volume (or about 3/16 cup -- just under 1/4 cup). Please note glitter is carefully packaged by weight and 2 oz. does not completely fill the jar it arrives in. Jar measures 2" x 2".
To apply glass glitter: Paint an even coat of clear-drying craft glue on your item (we like Alleen's Tacky Glue), sprinkle glitter over item with a spoon or pour slowly from jar. Work over a bowl or sheet of paper in order to corral and collect the excess glitter and easily return it to its jar. For a more even look, paint the surface of your item a coordinating color before glittering.
Notice: Made of ground glass - not for use by children. Keep away from pets; do not eat. Made in Germany.
